Un poquito de la cultura (cada dos semanas)

On saturday, February 27th, an 8.8 earthquake left more than 300 people dead in Chile. It is said to be one of the biggest earthquakes that has ever been recorded in Chile history. In addition to the 30 aftershocks, a tsunami that reached 10 feet also resulted from the earthquake. Many buildings came crumbling down due to this massive earthquake. Even 15 story buildings were nothing but rubble by the end of the series of natural disasters. This earthquake is much like the one that happened in Haiti (which many are still recovering from.) As Chile was overcome by chaos, the US quickly tried to help. This is a good example of how many people need to pull together to help out those who were affected by the earthquake. Por Fin, mi clase favorita es guidence porque es muy divertido pero mi gusta mucho la clase de espanol.
